RavenQuest's upcoming land sale kicks off September 14th at 3 PM EST, offering 4000 plots across three purchase phases. The sale includes two whitelist-exclusive windows followed by an open public phase. Here's what prospective landowners need to know about participating and the perks that come with owning property in this free-to-play MMORPG.
First, What is RavenQuest?
RavenQuest is a top-down pixel-based MMORPG that expands on Ravendawn, a Web2 game with over 200,000 monthly players. The key difference: full web3 integration that lets players own in-game assets as NFTs in a constantly evolving world.
Unlike many web3 games that require upfront investment, RavenQuest is free-to-play. Players can jump in without spending anything. Dedicated PvE zones exist for those avoiding player combat, but PvP areas offer superior rewards and better earning potential for competitive players.
Land Sale Phases and Whitelisting
The RavenQuest land sale runs in three phases:
- Guaranteed (GTD) Whitelist Phase: Begins 3 PM EST September 14th. GTD whitelist members get 60 minutes to purchase one plot.
- First-Come, First-Serve (FCFS) Whitelist Phase: FCFS whitelist members have one hour to buy one plot after the GTD window closes.
- Public Sale Phase: Open to everyone with unlimited purchases per wallet. Past sales sold out immediately, so speed matters.
Whitelist registration closes September 13th. Players must link their game account to Discord and share the official announcement on X. "Premier Settler" role holders access the GTD phase, while "Settler" members join the FCFS phase.

Available Land Sizes and Pricing
Five land sizes are available, with three confirmed prices:
- Small Estate: $108
- Medium Estate: $510
- Large Estate: $2550
Stronghold and Fort sizes require application. All transactions go through Immutable Passport, with a video tutorial planned to walk buyers through the fund transfer process. Plot locations are assigned first-come, first-serve, with landholders claiming any available spot in the game world.
Benefits of Owning Land in RavenQuest
Land ownership delivers both gameplay advantages and earning potential:
- Ecosystem Rewards: Landowners split 50% of Ecosystem Rewards, including access to the exclusive 250 million $QUEST pool.
- Early Access Reward Pool: An extra 10 million $QUEST pool is set aside specifically for early landowners.
Owning land unlocks resource-gathering activities like farming, woodcutting, and husbandry. These resources craft items and create Tradepacks, which trade for Silver—an in-game currency that converts to $QUEST tokens.

Customization and Additional Perks
Players build customizable homes on their land, with design options scaling by plot size. Larger estates support up to four rooms, each providing unique gameplay bonuses. A Bedroom grants a general experience boost, while an Arcana Room increases character wisdom.
Every land NFT includes a Rarity Perk that players can roll for 30 days before RavenQuest's global release. Perks range from Common to Legendary, with higher tiers offering stronger in-game advantages like access to a Fishing Pond.
Rental Opportunities and $QUEST Token
Starting with Patch 1.1.0, landowners can rent out their plots and earn $QUEST tokens passively. Owners set rental prices and durations, creating passive income streams for those who prefer delegating land management. The official RavenQuest whitepaper contains additional details on land utility and specifications for each size.
How to Get Started
RavenQuest is running a series of early access airdrop campaigns with prizes including $QUEST tokens. Getting started requires registering an account on the official website and downloading the game through the homepage button.
With landholders receiving both gameplay enhancements and financial incentives, RavenQuest continues building momentum in play-to-earn gaming. The limited supply and fast sell-out history of previous sales means interested buyers should prepare early and act quickly when their purchase window opens.
